Sunsets on Fistral are always intense but this evening in May was an extravaganza. The air was warm and wrapped the spectators of the show in comfort. The little girl crossed my view many times chatting happily away to herself, periodically picking up stones and shells and excitedly dashing in and out of the shoreline. The feeling was of freedom and simplicity and the brilliance of the natural world.
